Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Better There, operated by Better There Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Better There Co. includes its programs, services, and brands, including but not limited to Better There Socials, Better There Travel, and Better There Books.

By accessing this website, joining our community, purchasing our services, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Use of Website and Content

All content on this website and within our programs, including written content, videos, graphics, downloads, teachings, and resources, is owned by Better There Co. unless otherwise stated.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or share any content without prior written permission.

2. Coaching, Courses, and Educational Disclaimer

All coaching, courses, workshops, community discussions, and educational materials are for informational and inspirational purposes only.

They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or fiduciary relationship.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Community Participation and Conduct

Our community is hosted on third-party platforms, including Mighty Networks. By joining, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any member, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of the community. This includes harassment, misuse of content, or behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the space.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Subscriptions (Community and Courses)

  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

One-Time Coaching Services

  • Coaching services are purchased as one-time payments unless otherwise stated.

  • All coaching sales are non-refundable unless explicitly outlined in writing.

  • Coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.

5. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

We may offer physical products through print-on-demand providers. These products are fulfilled by third-party vendors.

Because POD items are custom-made, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or defect. Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through our website, programs, coaching, and community are the intellectual property of Better There Co.

You may not copy, distribute, share, or repurpose any materials for commercial use without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better There Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website, services, community, or content.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms and tools to provide services, including payment processors and community platforms. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or performance of these third parties.

9. Accessibility Statement
